This policy explains what information Marriage Triage collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what we need to help you, we protect it, and we do not sell it.
1. Who We Are
Marriage Triage is operated by Sarber Consulting Inc. ("Marriage Triage," "we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, forms, surveys, booking pages, and coaching services. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Information collected automatically

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and deliver coaching calls;
- Provide, personalize, and improve our programs and content;

- With your consent, send you marketing and promotional messages;
- Process payments and maintain records;

4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and check a consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Marriage Triage at the number provided. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups related to your inquiry, and, where you have opted in, marketing and promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, and are excluded from all other information sharing described in this policy.
5. How We Share Information

6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to operate our website, remember your preferences, and measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Your Privacy Rights
