Time is counted only while a program page is actually in front of him, in 30 second ticks, so a tab left open on the kitchen counter does not accrue minutes.
Minutes start from the day this shipped, so early numbers will look low until the history builds. Last active is real from today forward; anything before that is estimated from his last check-in, post, or week opened.
A man gone 30 days or more is counted as dormant, not as a call, because that is a re-engagement question rather than a coaching one. Status is bookkeeping for this page only: it does not change his access, his drip, or anything he sees.
Self-guided men are segmented off and hidden by default. They have no coaching calls, so "needs a call" does not apply to them, and mixing them in distorts every number above. Switch the segment to see them on their own.
